Dried Delicacies from
Lapland
Dried
Delicacies are handmade from clean ingredients
of Lapland. The drying process seals in the
original flavour
and the nutrients. The
products last up to one year in room
temperature.
Reindeer
Soup
Add
1 litre of water. Boil for 10-15 minutes.
Casseroles
Add 2 dl of cream and 3 dl of water, stir
and bake in 200°C for
an hour.
If desired,
casseroles can also be prepared on a campfire
or
on the stove. Time of cooking:
15 minutes.
